The Percudani Firm was founded by Ferruccio Percudani in 1974. The first office was established in Bergamo.
The firm's activities continued with the arrival of his two sons, Stefano and Marco, in the early 1980s and the opening of two new offices in Cinisello Balsamo and Monza.
For over forty years, the firm has been assisting companies and professionals in all aspects of tax and labor law, from consulting to litigation.

The organization is divided into the "Studio Associato Percudani" and the company "Percudani & Partners."
